In this privacy statement I inform you how Doris Furcic Multimedia, which I, Doris Furcic, own, processes and uses personal data.

Doris Furcic Multimedia respects the privacy of all customers and users of the website.

I ensure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. This privacy statement applies exclusively to the services of Doris Furcic Multimedia. • In any case not longer than 1 year if no assignment/agreement has been concluded

I do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

I conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on my behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Doris Furcic Multimedia remains responsible for these processing operations.

To do the income tax. Purchase and sales invoices and payments.

Billing System – Processor.

To be able to prepare invoices and quotations. Company data and/or personal data required for the preparation of quotations and invoices.

VIEW, MODIFY OR DELETE DATA

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data processed by Doris Furcic Multimedia.

You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to [email protected]. Doris Furcic Multimedia will respond to your request as soon as possible. But at least within 4 weeks.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks.

WITHDRAWAL, OBJECTION, DATA PORTABILITY

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by me. And you have the right to data portability. I take the protection of your data seriously and take adequate and appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

Furthermore, I never use an unknown and/or open-accessible WiFi.

My computer is locked with a strong password and my phone is locked with a PIN and/or Touch ID.
